Helpful staff, variety of entertainment, great location, convenient facilities, high quality food, lovely spa and hairdresser.

Not obvious to find.

Zakhodi, Genatsvale, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Brilliant place for a city break in Kemer! Camyuva neighborhood was worth exploring.

Located near the city center, this hotel is conveniently situated close to various amenities and attractions in Kemer. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balconies offering scenic views. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the friendly and courteous staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast spread offers a variety of tasty options to suit different preferences. the hotel is situated right on the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful coastal views and relax by the water.

The lack of English-speaking staff may pose a language barrier for some guests.

the spa & wellness center was perfect for relaxation and the indoor swimming pool was truly refreshing. the Turkish bath experience was impeccable followed by an excellent sauna treatment. It was delightful to enjoy the leisure/TV room and the private facilities provided comfortable sleep. the restaurant had a wide range of delicious meals and the bar/lounge area was stunning with premium drinks that were worth it, all served by friendly staff. the outdoor swimming pool was simply grand, and the location advantage was ideal for easy access to the city center.

The only slight issue was the size of the rooms were small, but it was expected of a luxury hotel of this standard. Nonetheless, it did not discourage us from enjoying the amazing services provided, and we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. the hotel offered a wide variety of delicious food options. From the buffet to the a la carte restaurants, there was something to satisfy everyone's taste buds. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated close to the beach and other attractions in the area.

One of the main downsides of our stay was the lack of English spoken by the staff. It made communication a bit challenging at times, but they did their best to understand and accommodate our needs.

The hotel had an amazing private shingle beach, great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help when needed. the food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel rooms were a bit on the small side and lacked proper cleaning. There was also a language barrier with some staff struggling to speak English, which made communication difficult at times.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and public areas. The variety and quality of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location, right on the beach and close to the city center, was very convenient.
